Welcome to North Bend Fire Department

 

Currently, the North Bend Rural Fire Protection District covers approximately 125 square miles of Dodge County.  The department averages somewhere between 250 and 275 calls per year.  200 + Rescue Squad calls, and 50 + fire alarms.  We provide fire protection for approximately 1200 urban and 850 rural residents.  The departments EMS district covers approximately 225 square miles of Dodge, Saunders and Burt Counties.  We provide Emergency Medical Services to approximately 1400 urban and 1700 rural residents.  In the Summer, that number can easily increase to over 5000 urban and rural residents.
